Most people know they should drink more water, but consistency is the real challenge. The BO’OH’O’WA’ER Hydration Plan is designed to make daily hydration simple and realistically achievable. 

 

How It Works

 

Breakfast

Drink a CUP OF WATER (250ml) with your breakfast.

Fill up a BO’OH’O’WA’ER (600ml).

Your goal is to finish this BO’OH’O’WA’ER (600ml) is LUNCH.

 

Lunch

Have another CUP OF WATER (250ml) during your lunch.

Fill up another BO’OH’O’WA’ER (600ml).

Your goal is to finish this BO’OH’O’WA’ER (600ml) is DINNER.

 

Dinner

Drink a CUP OF WATER (250ml) with DINNER.

 

Daily Total of The Hydration Plan: Approx. 2.1 Litres

A realistic base for daily consistency. This plan isn’t about perfection or drinking as much water as humanely possible. It’s about progress. Once you’ve built this habit of drinking this amount of water, you can add more glasses and bottles to increase you’re overall hydration, which is the real goal! The Hydration Plan isn’t about overcomplicating things with litres, formulas, or guilt. It’s about building a daily structure and habit that actually sticks.
