Have another CUP OF WATER (250ml) during your meal.

Your goal is to finish this BO’OH’O’WA’ER (600ml) before DINNER.
Drink a CUP OF WATER (250ml) with DINNER.
A realistic base for daily consistency.
This plan isn’t about perfection or drinking as much water as humanely possible. It’s about progress. Once you’ve built this habit of drinking this amount of water, you can add more glasses and bottles to increase you’re overall hydration, which is the real goal!
